The Rooms are spacious and clean, nice Deco. Beds are very comfortable

Take in consideration that it is one of the oldest Hotels, rooms are not soundproof. If you do not mind, it is worth the stay

Wonderful

Nice room ,good view of Bay . Good breakfast. The staff very helpful . Especially Ivan who drove us to see old Town was extremely knowledgeable and helpful . To have cars and drivers available was a very nice perk.

The traffic outside was very congested so I could not walk around the area .

I love Plaza Patilla Inn, we want to come back again. The service, the food, the views, the location

The hotel has a great location. Staff at front desk are friendly, At the restaurant Mr. Carlos, the host is always with smile, very professional. Walter the waiter is very friendly, and the lady that make the omelet at the breakfast buffet is sweet. Nice and very polite . Breakfast was delicious, Christmas Eve meal was great! Love this hotel, I'll come back. My family and I love the hotel

Wonderful

The view at the hotel was spectacular. Love it!!

The food at the hotel was just okay, but they had an array of food to eat at the buffet. I ate the breakfast buffet 5 days in a row, and a couple of the days were better than the other. Not many of the staff could speak English, so i had to use a translator on my cell phone to speak with the staff.

The BEST SLEEP ever in a hotel. The mattress was fantastic. If I could ship it home I would have.

Location Location Location. Friendly helpful employees. Great value and an excellent breakfast.

This time of the year the hotel was almost 100% full. Great for the hotel but unable to upgrade the room.

Did not do breakfast. View was excellent and floor to ceiling widows was better than most other hotels

Parking lot was less than wonderful however staff was excellent in resolving any parking issues. As was the case in all other Panama hotels during our stay, lighting in the bathroom was insufficient.

The bed was very comfortable. The automatic curtains was amazing..Amazing views of the city and ocean . The staff was very helpful and understanding. Breakfast was amazing. Loved the Bar area. Very friendly waiters ..

Confortable bed, variety breakfast food and kind staff

The price of breakfast if you don’t take the offer at the beginning and each staff tell different price of that. And not have available towels for swimming pool.

A great spot in Panama City

There was some confusion at check in and my room assignment was incorrect. It took 2 days, but the very lovely front desk manager, Natalya was able to get me in to the correct room. The bay view was definitely worth it. Outstanding. The location was perfect. Close to the old city and all the night life but far enough to allow you a good night's rest.

Had to request face towels.. seems to be standard to provide 2 bath towels and 1 mat only.

The room was comfortable and pretty big,the staff supper helpful and breakfast fit for a king
